Hopefully an issue that has been fixed then. We should look into that. You should be able to fix it by directly modifying the clusterstate.json in ZooKeeper. Remember to back it up first!
There are a variety of tools you can use to work with ZooKeeper - I like the eclipse plug-in that you can google for.
