Hello Luis, It's not so difficult for Lucene, e.g. there are timeboxed queries http://docs.lucidworks.com/display/solr/Common+Query+Parameters#CommonQueryParameters-The{{timeAllowed}}Parameter . It's a problem for Servlet request/response model, it need to be revised to AJAX-one.
