Sorry, but you will have to ask your question in a haystack support forum.
But, a 404 usually means the path of the request URL is wrong. What is the
request URL in this case?
My guess is that you haven't configured haystack properly in terms of where
your Solr server lives, but we can't help you there.
In short, this is not a Solr problem.
