OK, you've given us nothing to go on here. "it's closest" doesn't mean anything, it's just someone waving their hands and saying "because I like it better". I'm being deliberately obtuse here and trying to think like a computer. Unless and until you can provide some measurable way to define "closest", you have no actionable items. It's actually quite difficult to define "better" query results. Walter mentions A/B testing which is what lots of people fall back on. But you'll _never_ get "ideal" results, the best I hope for is "good enough".
