I did try something else. I did add a list of SolrInputDocuments containing 500 Documents at a time. Now it works.
Adding every Document seems to be too much after about 10000 Documents (even with commits after every 500 Documents). But this is only in Solr 4.3, in 4.0 this was possible without a problem. So, could this be a bug?
