I changed it to only go to one Zookeeper (localhost:2181) and it still gave me the same stack trace error.
I was eventually able to get around this -- I just used the "bootstrap" arguments when starting up my Tomcat instances to push the configs over -- though I'd rather just do it externally from Tomcat in the future.
