Is it possible that you may have indexed with an earlier pattern, changed the pattern, and then tried to query? If so, you need to fully re-index to see the change take effect.

I don't know of anything in solrconfig that should affect PatternTokenizerFactory.

This is happening on only lucid cloud server not splitting comma separated
value. but on solr server this fix is working perfectly.

Is any configuration changes in solrconfig.xml which can enable and disable
