I solved the problem. I added the parameter sharedLib="lib" in $SOLR_HOME/solr.xml (<solr persistent="true" sharedLib="lib">) and moved all jars into $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/solr/WEB-INF/lib to $SOLR_HOME/lib This information could be included in the wiki Solr / Tomcat.
