Thats okey, do you see something like below in logs: INFO: Adding 'file:/Users/iorixxx/Desktop/solr-trunk/solr/contrib/extraction/lib/tika-parsers-1.1.jar' to classloader > I've added the maven dependencies like this for the solr war I don't understand what this is. But to enable solr-cell you don't need to modify solr.war.
