you probably wanted to query this:
q=profileId:"99964" OR profileId:"10076" OR tagName:("MUSIC" AND "DESIGNER")
otherwise SOLR matches "DESIGNER" against you default field (whatever it
is) and ANDs it with tagName:"MUSIC"
