Thanks for your reply. Actually, some of the cores are working perfectly. So it's not the solr.solr.home problem.

If dist is under solr.solr.home but your lib dir is set to be "../../dist". Wouldn't the lib dir be relative to solr.solr.home and therefore should just be "dist"?
