Well, you can discuss it on the dev list, but given that Solr is open source, you'll have to either create your own patch or engage the community to create one.
You haven't really stated why this is a good thing to have, just that you want it. So the use-case would be a big help. Please don't raise a JIRA until you've discussed it though, it may be that there's something in the works that one of the devs already knows about...
