Hi sorry perhaps my question wasn't very clear. Basically I am trying to build a federated search where I blend the results of queries to multiple cores together. This is like distributed search but I believe the distributed search will issue network calls which I would like to avoid.
I have read that someone will use a single core as the federated search handler and then run the searches across multiple cores and blend the results. This is great but I can't figure out how to easily get access to an instance of the CoreContainer that I hope has been initialized (so I am not having it re-parse the configuration files). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
