: My issue now is that the response header is not at all consistent. : : Sometimes the response header is in this format, ... : sometimes its in this format (for same query)
same query differnet solr instance, or same query same server? please be specific .. show us URLs, show us solrconfig.xml files, etc... : Do you think that this might be due to version issue? the differences you describe are absolutely the differneces you would expect if different "version" params were used -- and if you are running two differnet versions of Solr, then the "hardcoded fallback default" value of of hte "version" param may have changed -- likewise you mayh ave different "solrconfig.xml default" values. : I am confused now as the same version returns 2 different response header at : different times. You said before you were running on LInux and on Windows -- but you haven't demonstrated any verification that they are really running the exact same version of Solr with the exact same cofigs & default params 1) show us the version numbers returned at the top of /admin/registry.jsp from both servers so we can see that they really are hte exact same Solr version. 2) show us the full response header from both servers when using "echoParams=all" so we can see that neither server has a default value specified for hte "version" param. : : Thanks, : Barani : : : -- : View this message in context: http://lucene.472066.n3.nabble.com/Issue-with-response-header-in-SOLR-running-on-Linux-instance-tp882181p899910.html : Sent from the Solr - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. : -Hoss
