When is the returned facet-info the expected info for your multiValued fields? Before or after your collapse? It could be possible, that you need to facet only on your multiValued fields before you are collapsing to retrive the right values. If this is the case, you need to integrate the before-collapsing feature of the collapsing-patch in your own component, the rest is done by the patch itself.
