May be as Sandhya indicated, it was loading libs earlier, so it might be trying to load from contrib when you have deleted from there, but somehow not been 'seen' by Solr or something.
May be to keep them there, as well put them in solr/lib in tomcat webapps.. I'm yet to try though..
