SOLR: Replication

I used RSYNC before, and 20Gb replica took less than an hour (20-40
minutes); now, HTTP, and it takes 5-6 hours...
Admin screen shows 952Kb/sec average speed; 100Mbps network, full-duplex; I
am using Tomcat Native for APR. 10x times slow...
