I just tested this on trunk and it works. Crazy. I'm on Vista 64 & Java 1.6.0_14-b08. I have had security configuration problems and disabled some of it. You might try removing the unpacked solr from example/work/. Have you tried the full path? c:/nginx/...
I run this from trunk/example. What directory is solr/jetty?
