i was able to declare a field type when the i use the lucid distribution of solr <fieldtype name="lucidkstemmer" class="solr.TextField"> <analyzer> <tokenizer class="solr.WhitespaceTokenizerFactory"/> <filter class="com.lucidimagination.solrworks.analysis.LucidKStemFilterFactory" protected="protwords.txt" /> </analyzer> </fieldtype>
But if i copy the two jars and put it in lib directory of apache solr distribution it still gives me the following error.
