What are the differences between specification version and implementation version
I downloaded the nightly build for September 05 2009 and it has a spec version of 1.3 and the implementation version states 1.4-dev What does that mean? -- "Good Enough" is not good enough. To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift. Quality First. Measure Twice. Cut Once.
