To add to that : This issue was coming because of the commit script called internally by snapinstaller . Commit script creates the solr url to do the comit as shown below: curl_url=http://${solr_hostname}:${solr_port}/${webapp_name}/update

Please let me know whether I need to change the commit script to accomodate the core name in URL formed, or there is some alternate way to achieve the same without modifying the script.
