I’ve had IntelliJ be uncooperative. Here are some things to try: 1> just try again. First close the project, then “git -dxf” at the top level will get rid of _everything_ not in Git. Then “ant idea”. Then open/import
2> Invalidate the IntelliJ caches (file>>invalidate caches) and restart IntelliJ 3> build the entire project outside Intellij “cd solr; ant server dist” This latter is weird and I have no clue whether it really does anything, it’s usually a sign of frustration. And, of course, no matter what you have to wait until all the indexes are built when you open the project for the first time, see the lower right.
