that's what the url I am hitting, and also I made sure that initParams is all commented like this and also I made sure that there is no uncommneted section defined for initParams. <!--<initParams path="/update/**,/query,/select,/tvrh,/elevate,/spell,/browse"> <lst name="defaults"> <str name="df">_text_</str> </lst> </initParams>--> Also from the solrcloud I did make sure that I am checking the correct collection and verified solrconfig.xml by choosing the collection and browsing files within the same collection. What ever I am trying is not working other than sending wt=xml as a parameter while hitting the url.
