Hi, There is no enough information in your email for any of us to help you. Sounds like your company has created some custom integrations and perhaps servlet filters. We do not know anything about your custom «createcore» functionality, so we cannot know why it does not work. I’d recommend you ask the architects in your company who set up these cusom components. Or if you believe there is a Solr issue and you have a log message to share, we might be able to help.
