so,recovery have been kicked off. Is it SolrCloud? There's a chance if you
keep env without disturbing for a while it stop to recover (don't fully
undertand this term). Starting from scratch should be an option. Or at
least empty new collection shouldb't log  these "recovery" commit
normally.
