Thanks for responding, below is the zoo.cfg file contents. I took this directly from the solr ref guide 7.0, for setting up an external zookeeper (https://lucene.apache.org/solr/guide/7_0/setting-up-an-external-zookeeper-ensemble.html#setting-up-an-external-zookeeper-ensemble). It did not specify the need for a "myid" field. Is that required?
