Note, this is NOT an official release, but is pretty close. Thus, if you have the time and inclination, please download and provide feedback, preferably on solr-dev as to any issues you have. You may find CHANGES.txt (https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/lucene/solr/branches/branch-1.3/CHANGES.txt ) helpful in understanding what's different in 1.3.
