I am searching a SOLR ACL Plugin, i found this

but i don't know how i can compile the jave into to a jar - all Infos
i found was how to complie it on linux - but this doesn't help.
I am running solr version 6.3.0 on windows Server 2003
So i am searching for infos about compiling a plugin under windows.
