Well, 3.4.6 gets the most testing, so if you want to upgrade it's at your own risk.
See: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-8724, there are problems with 3.4.8 in the Solr context for instance. There's currently an open Zookeeper JIRA for 3.4.9 that, when fixed, Solr will try to upgrade to.
