stream, features and train

Hi - I'm trying to experiment with the new train, features, model, classify capabilities of Solr 6.3.0. I'm following along on: 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Streaming+Expressions#StreamingExpressions-StreamSources

When I execute:
features(UNCLASS,
    q="*:*",
    featureSet="JoeFeature1",
    field="Title",
    outcome="Out",
    numTerms=250)

Title is defined like:
<field name="Title" type="text_general" indexed="true" stored="false"/>

Is this the correct syntax?  I'm getting an error:
