It's unclear what you're asking. You want your own schema file? Or your own configuration for parsing your documents?
Have you read through the reference guide section here: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Uploading+Data+with+Solr+Cell+using+Apache+Tika and if so, what parts are you having trouble with?
