Yes, when I query them separately I do not see duplicates. I am using Solr 5.4.1 I created the core and then browsed to http://localhost:8983/solr/admin/cores?action=mergeindexes&core=Sitecore_SharePoint&srcCore=sitecore_web_index&srcCore=SharePoint_All
