Hi Roland, I agree with you, I updated the Jira issue and I will spend some more time on that. I think the best solution should be Solr core side, I will sort out some proposal, that we can discuss ( probably I will use the related spin off Jira issue, linked in : https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-6336
