Hi, I'm trying to install solr 5.4.1 on CentOS. I know that while installing Solr as a service in the Linux we can pass -p <port number> to shift the app to host on that port.
./install_solr_service.sh solr-5.4.1.tgz -p 8984 -f but still it shows as it is hosted on 8983 and not on 8984. Any idea? Waiting up to 30 seconds to see Solr running on port 8983 [/] Started Solr server on port 8983 (pid=33034). Happy searching! Found 1 Solr nodes: Solr process 33034 running on port 8983 { "solr_home":"/var/solr/data", "version":"5.4.1 1725212 - jpountz - 2016-01-18 11:51:45", "startTime":"2016-02-11T07:25:03.996Z", "uptime":"0 days, 0 hours, 0 minutes, 11 seconds", "memory":"68 MB (%13.9) of 490.7 MB"} Service solr installed.
