Using "join" with 2+ cores

Hi evryone,

Does Solr's join support 2+ cores?  Is there an example?  Is there
performance impact when I have 5 to 10 cores vs. single core (all my data
in 1 core)?  Is relevancy score impacted with multiple cores vs. single
core?
