Read the note at the bottom of the doc page: "One limitation of indexing nested documents is that the whole block of parent-children documents must be updated together whenever any changes are required. In other words, even if a single child document or the parent document is changed, the whole block of parent-child documents must be indexed together."
See: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr/Uploading+Data+with+Index+Handlers#UploadingDatawithIndexHandlers-NestedChildDocuments As Mikhail indicatefed, "*the whole block of parent-child documents must be indexed together.*" They must also be updated together. -- Jack Krupansky On Fri, Jan 15, 2016 at 3:31 AM, Mikhail Khludnev < mkhlud...@griddynamics.com> wrote: > On Thu, Jan 14, 2016 at 10:01 PM, sairamkumar < > sairam.subraman...@gmail.com> > wrote: > > > This is a show stopper.
