Hmmm, works fine for me. But I'm a little puzzled where the /zookeeper is coming from in your URL, that isn't the URL sent by the admin API that I know of.
Bottom line: It Works On My Machine. given that you do hvae 8080 in your URL I'm guessing you're on Tomcat or some such?
