I updated the tomcat startup bat to: set JAVA_OPTS=-Dsolr.solr.home=C:\xampp\tomcat\webapps\solr -Duser.language=en
and to: set JAVA_OPTS=-Dsolr.solr.home=C:/xampp/tomcat/webapps/solr -Duser.language=en I'm still getting the same error: --------------- HTTP Status 404 - /solr/admin type Status report message /solr/admin description The requested resource (/solr/admin) is not available.
