Hi Matthew. It¹s probably caused by the way you are processing this field. As you have defined it as a ³text² that has a Whitespace tokenizer and a set of filters related to it. You could create a new field type or just use a numeric type (like sfloat) for that. Anyway you can always see how your content is being processed by using Solr analysis command available on the web console (/solr/admin/analysis.jsp).
