I don't understand your question very well..
If you follow the steps in my previous mail,
you *can* see your cache evictions come to positive number.
(I thought you wanted to see it)
With your production system, you have to set
the proper size rather than 1.

These numbers are a part of our real data.
If you want to see positive number for evictions,
you can:
1. set queryResultCache size to 1
2. restart Solr
3. issue two *unique* queries
4. see admin page
At step 4, you should see hitratio: 0.00 and evictions: 1.
