If I'm contributing new source files (separate project entirely) through JIRA, so the source code files need to contain the boilerplate Apache license/disclaimers and the like? This is new code and a new project (C#), and the wiki page on contributions ( http://wiki.apache.org/solr/HowToContribute) is mostly concerned with core Solr code.
