Hello all, we are trying to collect the lustre data. following is the configuration of acct_gatger.conf:-
cat /etc/slurm/acct_gather.conf ProfileHDF5Dir=/home/slurm-hdf5 ProfileHDF5Default=lustre slurm.conf entries:- cat /etc/slurm/slurm.conf | grep lustre JobAcctGatherFrequency=energy=5,lustre=60,network=60,task=60 AcctGatherFilesystemType=acct_gather_filesystem/lustre Data is collected but when running the following command got the error:- sh5util -j 227562 --item-extract --series=Filesystem --data=Reads sh5util: error: Cannot read/parse acct_gather.conf Please help with this.
