Thanks Paul, Issue with jobs submission after the changes thou (any idea)
I have included the following line to slurm.conf "AcctGatherProfileType=acct_gather_profile/hdf5" Checked and found the plugin installed with slurm find | grep ".so" | grep hdf5 ./20.02.6/lib64/slurm/acct_gather_profile_hdf5.so Created file acct_gather.conf with ProfileHDF5Dir=<path> Restart slurmctld without error However, all job submitted to queue start and completed within a sec.
