Hi, I have rstudio - works fine I have slurm installed (as node) on same machine - can submit jobs successfuly I want to integrate slurm into rstudio using a module called launcher (there are instructions which I have followed)
There is a web interface to rstudio which brings up an interface from which you submit jobs. I don't specify -uid anywhere .... The attachment in original email is what I get .... That notwithstanding, the "--uid" message suggests that something in your process is trying to submit a job with the "--uid" option, but you don't have sufficient privs to use it.
