Nothing I assume isn't correct:
DefMemPerNode = UNLIMITED
MaxMemPerNode = UNLIMITED
MemLimitEnforce = Yes
PropagateResourceLimitsExcept = MEMLOCK
CPU vars aren't set and never were.
