It appears that your examples were damaged in transit. However one thing I note is that the second example contains an un-matched double-quote character, which is not valid. The central rule of a multiple-line header is that the CR-LF must be followed by whitespace (SPACE or TAB). Exactly where CR-LFs may appear in a header is determined by the ABNF for that header.
