May be after 100 trying times out, it send respond back to UA stating gateway 
timeout.

You cannot send a CANCEL at this time.  The UA should remember that it
wants to cancel this call, and if a non-100 1xx response arrives, then
it should send a CANCEL for the INVITE.  If a 2xx response arrives, it
should send a BYE for that dialog.  Failure responses do not require any
further processing, of course.

The UA should indicate to the user that the call has been abandoned and
allow the user to initiate another call.
