There are two cases, as i try to described here after going through -

*case-1*: Terminated/Deactivated - the UE shall start the initial
registration procedure. i.e., no need to release the dialogs related to
those public user identities by the UE .its a straight forward step.

*case-2:* Terminated/Rejected - the UE shall release all dialogs related to
those public user identities. Here also UE should send initial registration
(with new dialog) but after what time of NOTIFY is received is not
cleared... i think its may be implementation dependent.

i think above clarifies your doubt.
