Its clear now that BYE is not due to Session timer reason .
But  i  am not sure why MSC server dropping call even if same SDP of 183
response is coming in 180 and 200 ok with incremented version .SDP in 180
and 200 should be ignored and local ringback indication then session
accepted indication should be passed to UI respectively.
And regular media after getting 200 ok response should be started  based on
sdp came in 183 response .
If there was early media due to 183 sdp then same media ip ports should be
kept open for regular media too .
Why to send BYE ?
