My Question is specific to QoS over Rx interface. I have been reading that as a AF, we can support QoS over multiple PCRF supported by different carriers. The QoS can be static and dynamic. 1. What do we mean by static and dynamic QoS. 2. How do we configure some PCRF as static and some as dynamic. 3.
